Already a familiar face at Anniston Avenue, Storonskyj is stepping into this leadership role after making a positive impact within the school community. We look forward to the leadership, dedication, and care she will continue to bring to students, staff, and families.

We officially launched the new school year with our district-wide Essential Pieces convocation! Keynote speaker Dr. Adolph "Doc" Brown set an incredible tone for the day—using his signature blend of humor and heart to remind us of the power of leading with empathy and building genuine connections with every student.
Our educators and leaders spent the afternoon in targeted professional development breakout sessions, sharpening classroom strategies and equipping themselves to support student growth across all grade levels.
Superintendent Glen East closed out the day with inspiring words for the road ahead. The pieces are in place, and we can’t wait to welcome our Admirals back! 🎉⚓

New & Novice Orientation was full of great moments—from an energetic GHS Band performance to a special district bus tour led by Superintendent Glen East. Between breakout sessions and connecting over lunch, this incredible team is ready to inspire our students! ⚓️

Before the halls fill up this week, our Pre-K and Kindergarten students enjoyed a quiet campus to get acclimated to school life. They spent the week sharpening handwriting skills, creating art, and taking their first steps as lifelong learners.
The stage is set, and we are ready for a great school year ahead! 🎉 ⚓️

To help reduce traffic congestion and keep our students safe , we will be using TWO morning drop-off lines this school year.
✅ Please have your child ready to exit the vehicle as soon as you come to a complete stop to help keep traffic moving smoothly.
⚠️ Please Note: These dual lines are for MORNING DROP-OFF ONLY and will NOT be used for afternoon pickup.
🟠 Option 1: West Side Line (Entering from Anniston Ave.)
➡️ Route: Head north on Anniston Avenue and turn right onto Jones Street.
🚸 Drop-Off: Pull all the way to the front of the awning. Your child will exit onto the sidewalk and walk directly into the cafeteria.
🔵 Option 2: East Side Line (Entering from Sarazen Dr.)
➡️ Route: Turn onto Jones Street from Sarazen Dr.
🚸 Drop-Off: A staff member will be stationed at the crosswalk. Please wait for their signal before allowing your child to exit the vehicle.
✅ Important: Students using this line must be able to exit the vehicle independently. After exiting, students will gather at the crosswalk and walk together to the cafeteria while vehicles continue straight.
🏡 A Friendly Reminder
❤️ We love our neighbors! Please do not block any driveways while waiting in the drop-off lines.
Thank you for your patience, cooperation, and support as we work together to keep our Tigers safe and our morning traffic flowing smoothly! We can't wait to see everyone! 🐯🐯
